Hello and welcome to Moments With God. We are a prayer ministry based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and we are also a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those in need. Our main purpose as an intercessory prayer ministry is actively encouraging and promoting prayer within the life of the ministry. We are open and responsive to the workings of the Holy Spirit, and we pray that God’s love, guidance, and healing powers would be released for the benefit of anyone who asks us for prayer and guidance. We believe that prayer can change situations and lives.
It is the mission of our organization to transform lives and empower believers in the area of prayer. Prayer is not only a self-serving act as Christians and followers of Christ, but it is actually mandated by God Himself
We pray because God commanded us to pray and that Jesus modeled prayer. We pray because the scriptures emphasize the importance of prayer and prayer is how we receive strength to endure trials. We also pray to help us from falling into temptation, and prayer also brings healing to ourselves, our families, and the people around us. We want to establish and help people develop a deeper connection with the Father. Our end goal has always been to be a working ministry that sees revival and world evangelized.
